I was upgraded to well-appointed apartment with facilities which need for a family. Coffee and tea making equipment, and a dining area were an advantage.

I appreciated every detail about my comfortable 2-night stay here. the service was amazing, and the facilities were excellent. the pool was well-maintained, and the location was perfect, right on the grassed area. It was also very close to the beautifully maintained gardens and all the wonderful greenery.

Red Rock Cafe, where you can eat, is within walking distance the hotel. The location was right by everything we wanted to do. Honestly no complaints whatsoever...

tea and coffee making equipment, and a flat-screen tv with cable channels in our studio apartment were useful during stay. the location was quiet for exploring this secure area, close enough to coochiemudlo island, jetty and the greenery with kookaburra.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, nestled in the greenery with kookaburras singing in the background. The service was exceptional, with friendly and accommodating staff. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. We loved the comfortable sitting area, and the terrace provided a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The dining table on the patio was a nice touch. The hotel also had a convenient washing machine, and the cookware and kitchen utensils were useful for preparing our meals. The flat-screen TV added to the comfort of our stay, and we appreciated the picnic area and outdoor dining tables. The swimming pool was a great way to cool off, and the beach access was a definite bonus. The BBQ facilities and sun loungers were excellent, and we enjoyed spending time in the garden area. The beachfront location provided stunning views, and the Wi-Fi and on-site car park were convenient amenities.

Had an awesome Christmas holiday. The accommodation was clean and quiet, and had a well-equipped kitchen. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of everything. We enjoyed the spacious room and the comfortable beds.

Some of the cutlery was chipped and the microwave was not properly cleaned. There was no frypan for cooking and some of the furniture was broken.

The location of this hotel was perfect for me as I wanted to be close to the beach. The beach was just across the road and it was nice and quiet too. The hotel facilities were excellent and the room was very clean. I also appreciated the fact that parking was available and transportation was easy to find. I had a great experience staying here.

We loved the location near a stunning red beach with crystal clear water at high tide. Shops, cafes, and restaurants were conveniently close. the apartment was clean and comfortably furnished with excellent starter supplies of kitchen products.

Communication with the management was difficult, and there were some issues with grass clippings on the lawn.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the quiet location and clean bedding provided. the bird songs were a lovely touch, especially the sound of curlews at night. the living room heater worked well and kept us warm on the colder nights.

the air conditioning/heating did not work in one of the bedrooms, and we could not locate the switch for the lights over the kitchen stove, making cooking in the kitchen quite difficult.
